When should puppy training begin?
Puppies begin learning as soon as they arrive home. Training can start right away with short, simple activities that support routines, communication, comfort, and confidence.
Should I choose private training or the group course?
Private training gives you individualized support in your own environment and more flexibility around your priorities. The group course offers structured outdoor practice around other puppies, people, and everyday distractions.
Puppies who need additional space, focused support, or a slower introduction to new environments may be more comfortable starting privately.
Does my puppy need to be fully vaccinated for group classes?
Puppies need to have started their vaccinations and be under 16 weeks old at the first class. Speak with your veterinarian about your puppy’s health and local risk factors before attending group activities.
Is the group course a puppy play class?
The course focuses on guided learning, calm observation, engagement, and positive experiences in a small group. Any interactions are managed according to the puppies’ comfort, communication, and readiness.
Can you help with nipping, chewing, and toilet training?
Yes. Private puppy training can include household routines, toilet training, nipping, chewing, settling, handling, and other concerns affecting daily life.
What happens after Puppy Foundations?
Dogs five months and older can continue through Everyday Skills, with support for adolescence, walks, recall, greetings, settling, and learning around real-life distractions.
